At Hauraki Systems, we appreciate that people are having to become more flexible with their work, often working from home or running small businesses from home offices.This can lead to problems where remote workers face day to day issues that are often difficult to overcome.

Being independent, and therefore not tied down to supporting a narrow range of hardware and software, we're more than happy to undertake installation, configuration, support and break/fix work for remote home workers, telecommuters and small business people within the Midlands, Mid-Wales, and the rest of the UK.

We're also quite happy to advise on any security issues around remote working, Viruses, Malware, Firewalls, VPNs and any wired or wireless networking concerns.

Weekend and Bank Holiday cover can also be provided in case of urgent calls.

Home Services.

For home computing users, we're able to provide a wide range of services, such as virus and malware removal, data recovery (where possible), wireless, and wired network setup and security, Internet connectivity and system health checks. System upgrades and hardware repair are also amongst the services that we can provide within the Midlands and Mid Wales areas.

Out of Hours support is also possible, for those people who may be not available during normal business hours.
